Monthly Board of Director Meetings

The monthly meeting of the VSECU Board of Directors is typically scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and held at the Montpelier main branch office, One Bailey Avenue, Montpelier, Vermont. On occasion the date will fall on a different day of the week. During these meetings the Directors meet with the management team to review business results and make business and policy decisions.

Members are encouraged to contact the Board with concerns, questions or issues about VSECU products, services or operations for discussion at these meetings to BoardofDirectors@vsecu.com. Members are also welcome to personally attend the meeting during an open forum period that commences at the beginning of each meeting. If you are a member and would like to attend the Member Forum portion of the meeting please arrive prior to 5:00 pm.
