How Do I Set Up a Secret Question/Phrase For Access My Accounts?

To protect your VSECU accounts online, Access My Accounts will ask you to change your password every 90 days. You should also add or change your Secret Question/Phrase and Response, and edit other personal information when necessary. This can all be done by clicking "Options" in the upper right hand corner of the Access My Accounts screen.

Important Note: If you don't have "Secret Question/Phrase" information on file with us, these fields of the "Options" screen will be blank. Next time you're using Access My Accounts be sure to go to "Options" and provide us with a Secret Question/Phrase and Response.

Having a Secret Question/Phrase enables you to use our "Forgot Password?" feature whenever you need to. If you ever forget your password during non-business hours, using the "Forgot Password?" link is your ONLY WAY to gain access into Access My Accounts without risking a lock out of the service.
