For Your Protection:
Inactive ATM & Visa Check Cards Will Be Closed
To minimize exposure to fraud, the VSECU routinely closes ATM & Visa Check Cards that have not been used for a 12-month period.
If you do not use your card on a regular basis, but would like to keep your card active, we advise you to conduct at least one (1) financial transaction on your card each year. This transaction may be:
- a cash deposit at a VSECU ATM
- a cash withdrawal from any ATM
- a purchase using your Visa Check Card at a point of sale, such as a store, restaurant or gas station.
