How do I join?
Step 1: You must be a VSECU member and live in the Trono Fuels delivery area
Step 2: You must be approved for the VHeat Clearing Account and the VHeat Credit Line that are required for this program.

- Click here to complete our secure online form available to all repeat borrowers.
- FIRST-TIME borrower with the VSECU? Then we ask you print, complete, sign and mail our one-time LOANLINER® application, accessible here.
If you are unable to download or print the forms above, please contact VSECU or email us at Fuelbuyers@vsecu.com. You can also obtain these forms at one of our branch locations, by mail or we can e-mail them to you.
Step 3: You will need the Trono Fuels paperwork and the VHeat Participation Agreement.
