Because we are a cooperative owned by our members, we rely mostly on existing member’s deposits to loan back out to members who need to borrow.  We do not rely on outside speculative or risky ventures to fund our loans.  We lend responsibly while providing members with low rates, manageable payments, and quick turnaround time.
