Stock Secured Loans

A Stock Secured Loan is a loan secured by the value of your stock determined by the New York or American Stock Exchange.

You will be required to deposit your stock (certificates) in the VSECU vault during the duration of your loan.

Available to members who:

• own stock that meets the lending requirements

Maximum Loan to Value is 50% of the Market Value of American Stock Exchange or Over the Counter or 70% Market Value of New York Stock Exchange. See current rates.
