Additional Information

All residential property must be located in Vermont or New Hampshire. Variable rates valid as of Effective Date listed near top of page. Minimum line of credit is $5,000. Maximum loan or line of credit is $150,000 with property tax assessment when borrowing over 50% of the value of the home, and $200,000 with property tax assessment when borrowing 50% or less of the value of the home.  The maximum loan or line of credit is $200,000 with appraisal. Other charges may be imposed, including a property appraisal fee of $400; a title update fee of $100-$300; and a late fee of 5% of the payment may be charged for payment more than 30 days late.

Your combined loan to value is your combined mortgage balances, including the entire credit limit of your new Home Equity Line of Credit, divided by the value of your home. If prime minus .25%, combined maximum loan to value is 90% of the value of the home. If prime minus .50%, combined maximum loan to value is 80% of the value of the home.
