The Contact Center Consultant is responsible for handling incoming calls and electronic service requests from new, existing, and potential new members regarding a variety of service needs. This position also conducts outreach in the form of phone calls and/or written communication to members. Using their knowledge of VSECU products and services, as well as exceptional customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support, and offer information to keep members satisfied as well as retain and grow business by way of product and service usage. Our Member Relations teams are passionate about people. We love making human connections and helping our members achieve their goals. Whether working in one of our nine branch locations, or in our centralized Contact Center, we answer questions, troubleshoot problems, present opportunities and solutions, and come to work every day to serve our member-owners.
