The Contact Center Consultant is responsible for handling calls and emails from new and existing members regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep members satisfied and retain business.
Our Member Relations teams are passionate about people. We love making human connections and helping our members achieve their goals. Whether working in one of our nine branch locations, or in our centralized Contact Center, we answer questions, troubleshoot problems, present opportunities and solutions, and come to work every day to serve our member-owners.
We make these human connections in two very different settings. The Contact Center is a place where people with strong sales or customer service experience will thrive as a team player in a collaborative, high-energy, and professional environment. This is a fast-paced atmosphere in a close and family-like space and environment. We are listeners and talkers and we are patient, articulate, and relentless learners who are quick to navigate toward sensible solutions, attending to the details that ensure every member has a pleasant experience.
In branch locations around Vermont we are problem-solvers who are aware of their surroundings and enjoy working face to face with our members to offer much-needed guidance and solutions. Individuals who like social engagement in delivering sales and service excellence, will thrive in an environment that that is more than a branch facility, but an extension of our commitment to the communities we serve. We listen, engage, and create meaningful one-on-one relationships with our members that can sometimes last the lifetime of employment.
Cultivating member relations is one way we help to improve the lives of VSECU and community members.
Are you about helping people? Then we want to talk to you.
