Big data and insights, the total relationship experience, and purposeful positioning are driven by these three cross-functional groups. Think is focused on research and analytics, enabling the team to reach audiences, identify new opportunities, and improve performance. Feel is focused on engagement, reaching out to build dynamic and lasting connections, internally and externally, with members, Vermont communities, and employees. Do is focused on applying the learnings from the thinkers and feelers to create, produce, and implement tactical strategies, content, and communication that engages credit union and community members.
Marketing & Business Development is an industry-award winning organization and team of energetic and collaborative people who tirelessly aspire to improve on what we accomplished yesterday. Members of this area must be fleet-footed, ready to drop what they’re doing in order to move on a higher priority project and demonstrate agility and flexibility. As the communications hub of the organization, we are responsible for providing employees, members, and others accurate and timely information that will help them make decisions and enjoy greater prosperity. This requires us to work quickly, trouble-shoot complex problems, identify all potential outcomes and effects of our output, and present a seamless and delightful experience for our audiences.
