The branch is located at the bottom of what is locally known as “Bank Hill,” just north of the fire station. Parking can usually be found on the street and there is also additional parking available in the large municipal lot behind the branch just off Elm Street.

Helen Ruel began her VSECU career in 2001 as a consultant. For the past 12 years, she has managed the Berlin branch, the Contact Center, and now the Waterbury branch. Helen has over 30 years of management and leadership experience, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. She lives in Northfield, Vermont with her husband.
