THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Though you will enjoy uninterrupted use of your card during the card migration, some of your account history and settings may be lost or altered. Read below to learn what to expect and how you can prepare for the October migration and reset controls so that your accounts continue to serve your needs.
To access Credit Card Online, you will sign into Online Banking, as you do today. The first time you log in, after the migration, you will be asked to register before you gain access to your Credit Card Online account.
Your card alerts will not carry over from the original processor. To ensure that you continue to receive alerts, you will have to reestablish your settings after the migration.
Any automatic payments scheduled to be made from your credit or debit account(s) will continue without disruption through the migration.
From October 7 to October 20, you won’t be able to make individual online payments to your credit card account. Scheduled payments will remain intact but not clear until after this week. This will not result in any fees or late charges. You can still call to make a payment during this time.
The payment address for the new processor will appear on September credit card statements for business members and October credit card statements for individual members. Make sure you send your payment to the correct address.
If you would like to preserve your account history, download your eStatements and transaction history before October 10.
Business credit card holders will receive a new credit card and account number in early December. Further details and information regarding the new cards will be provided in advance.
