The upgrade will combine all the great features of Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Credit Card Online and the VSECU cards app to bring you a more modern, integrated Digital Banking experience.

DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

BENEFITS FOR BUSINESS MEMBERS
If you’re a VBiz member, get ready for a whole new digital experience. With this upgrade, you will enjoy the convenience of a modern and fully integrated Digital Banking experience.
BUSINESS MOBILE ACCESS
Business members now have access to Digital Banking on our mobile app, and all features and functionality, including Mobile Deposit Capture.
Control all your cards within one platform—view card activity, request and activate new cards, set alerts, turn cards on and off, set travel notifications, and more.
You’ll have more flexibility than ever to determine which permissions to assign each sub-user on your account.*
*Note: If you currently have sub-users set up on your account, you will need to reenter their information and set permissions to allow them access when the upgrade is complete.
PREPARE FOR A SMOOTH TRANSITION
We have been working diligently so you can start using the new platform this fall. In the meantime, you can prepare yourself by becoming acquainted with a few changes you can expect and some actions you can take after the platform goes live to ensure a smooth transition.

|App Consolidation||You’ll now access all your accounts with one app.||If you are an Android user, you will need to download the new VSECU app after the upgrade. Apple users can simply update their VSECU app to get the upgrade.|
|Card Alerts and Controls||With everything in the one platform, we are sunsetting the VSECU Cards app and Credit Card Online. Your card alerts and controls will not transfer to the new platform.||After the new platform goes live, you will need to set up controls and alerts.|
|Internet Explorer (IE)||The IE browser does not support the new Digital Banking platform.||You will be prompted to upgrade to the Edge browser if you currently use IE.|
