Enroll in Our Fuel Buying Program
Welcome! You must be a VSECU member to join and take advantage of our fuel buying program benefits. You can become a member as part of the enrollment process.
Enroll today in two steps
After enrolling, your participation in the program will automatically renew each year unless you choose to opt out. As part of your continuous enrollment, annual dues will be assessed automatically on September 1 of each year.

Step 1
Complete the appropriate form(s):
- Barrow’s and Fisher Oil Co.
- Bourne’s Energy
- Energy Co-op of Vermont
- Irving Oil
- Suburban Propane
- Trono Fuels
Please note: If you are using multiple fuel dealers you will need to submit forms for each dealer.

Step 2
Open your VHeat Clearing account and then follow instructions to open your VHeat Credit Line.
If you’re not currently a member you can become a member when you open your VHeat Clearing account.
